The first step to receiving custom foot orthotics is a detailed pain and injury assessment. During this initial meeting, we perform a number of testing techniques on your feet and ankles to assess your foot function while walking or running.
Computerised Analysis: We use advanced, accurate devices to create a computerized model.
Custom Design: This model enables us to design orthotic insoles tailored to combat the issues we have highlighted.
Rapid Customization: The scan is sent to our team in Belgium, where your inserts are custom-made and returned to us within approximately 3-4 weeks .

what should I wear ?
For a routine podiatry appointment the only requirement is that nail varnish is removed prior. We’d also advise that you attend in the shoes that you wear most often, so we can assess if they may be contributing to any specific foot problem.
For a biomechanics appointment we ask that you come in (or change into) shorts so that we can assess your lower limbs properly and –
– Your favourite/everyday shoes
– Your running/sports shoes
– Any previous/old orthoses
Where can I find you?
Morningside
We are based at 61-63 Morningside Road, Edinburgh EH10 4AZ. With meter parking 100m from the clinic for up to 1 hour or on the surrounding side streets for longer time periods. Please check the signs to confirm available parking times.
Haddington
We are based at 18 Hardgate, Haddington, EH41 3JS. As you come to the end of Market Street, we are located on the left hand side opposite the traffic lights. There is a marked out parking bay outside which allows 90 minutes parking.
