The Therapeutic Blend
Â
The Orb is a unique combination of premium paraffin wax, enriched with nourishing jojoba, coconut, and essential oils.Once expertly painted onto your skin, the wax forms a soothing cocoon, allowing its beneficial properties to deeply penetrate. It’s then easily peeled away, leaving a small residue of incredibly nourishing oils that can be massaged into the skin for extra moisture and long-lasting protection from drying. This makes it an ideal dry skin feet treatment.
Benefits of Orb Hot Wax Therapy
Our Heat Orb wax therapy offers a multitude of benefits, making it more than just a relaxing experience. It actively increases blood flow, enhances tolerance for pain, and effectively relaxes muscles. This therapeutic treatment significantly increases hydration in the skin, making it feel incredibly soft and supple.
It’s particularly beneficial for providing a healing effect to sore and aching joints, proving an excellent choice for those seeking arthritis foot pain relief and comfort from rheumatic pain in the feet. Experience a soothing, softening heat therapy for healthier-looking skin and a truly relaxing, warming experience.

what should I wear ?
For a routine podiatry appointment the only requirement is that nail varnish is removed prior. We’d also advise that you attend in the shoes that you wear most often, so we can assess if they may be contributing to any specific foot problem.
For a biomechanics appointment we ask that you come in (or change into) shorts so that we can assess your lower limbs properly and –
– Your favourite/everyday shoes
– Your running/sports shoes
– Any previous/old orthoses

Having got to an age when reaching my toenails to cut them is quite difficult, I decided to use the services of a podiatrist. I have been very pleased with the treatment I received at Active Feet where Jordan doesn't just cut nails but offers sound advice about keeping feet healthy generally.
