Measuring your child’s feet

Measuring your child’s feet

We have a simple solution for  busy parents to check if your child’s shoes are to small without getting them measured in 5 simple steps –

1 Get a piece of A4 paper or a cereal box works best
2 Ask your child to stand on the cardboard barefoot
3 Draw around the outline of there foot
4 Cut out the foot template
5 Then place the template inside the shoe

If the template fits with easy the shoe stills fit.

If the template comes up the sides or hits off the top of the shoe. Its time for new shoes!

However we do recommend getting growing children’s feet measured regularly by someone qualified.

Also remember to check your child is wearing the correct size of socks as this can have an impact on toenails.
