At Podiatry Plus we understand that the assessment of children’s feet is very different to that of an adult.
The Consultation
The rate of growth of children’s feet varies and they each have their own unique characteristics. Early assessment and treatment of children’s feet is something we can offer to concerned parents. Whether it is worries of flat feet, excessive tripping over or ongoing foot pain we aim to offer a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan for the unique foot and lower limb problem.
Other complaints such as verruca, ingrown toenails, foot fungus conditions commonly experienced by children can also be addressed and advice and treatment options explained. Our aim is to provide parents with peace of mind and children of with a pair of happy growing feet.

Appointment times vary depending on what treatment you are receiving.
As a new patient your first appointment will take approximately 45 minutes. This allows us to do a full assessment and establish your individual foot care needs.
Going forward, a standard routine appointment lasts up to 30 minutes, depending on what your specific requirements are, this will vary.

Morningside
We are based at 61-63 Morningside Road, Edinburgh EH10 4AZ. With meter parking 100m from the clinic for up to 1 hour or on the surrounding side streets for longer time periods. Please check the signs to confirm available parking times.
Haddington
We are based at 33 Market Street, Haddington EH41 3JE. In the centre of Market Street, beside the main bus stop. With free parking outside for up to 90 minutes.
